I just received my first order from Drs. Foster and Smith.

Great:

Stuff arrived earlier than expected. Everything (except the live sand) was as good or better than advertised. The purchasing/website interface was easy to use. I got some good deals on products I ordered.

Not Great:

My Arag-Alive sand sprung a leak in shipping, causing most of the water to escape. Thankfully, the packing peanuts and the carbboard box for the heater I ordered soaked it up and nothing else was damaged. Now, however, I am stuck with dead live sand.

Do folks think they will do anything about it if I call them? I failed to take a picture of the wet heater box (Was too excited), but now am wishing I actually got the live sand I paid for. I wanted to fill my tank this weekend, maybe they will simply credit my account on a future purchase and I can pick some live sand up at the LFS?
