I have this one from Dr foster and smith and like it. Easy to read, good quality no complaints.

No experience but heard this one at Premium is also good.

I have the Sybon from Premium Aquatics. It's not necessarily cheap at $60, but it's all metal and feels like a quality instrument in your hand. Comes with a bottle of super pure water for calibration and a nice foam line hard-shell plastic case for storage.
