Moonlights, How Long?

How long do you guys run your Moonlights? Is all night bad?

I would alow about 1 hour of darkness after the main lights turn off at night and before the main lights turn back on in the morning.

Ehh.. Do whatever you want. I leave mine on all the time now. If want a natural cycle there are controllers you can get to emulate the moon cycle.
