Hi, can anyone comment on their experience with the hamilton 175 watt 14K? Is it sufficiently bright in terms of asthetics? I noticed that its spectrum plot is quite different from that of the 250 watt 14K.

Pics of any tanks with the 175 watt 14K would also be awesome.

Thanks!!

I have it!! 175W 14K Hamilton.. nice and reliable, I'm satisfied with it. Next time I replace my bulb, I want to try the 10K's though..

Xtm - thanks for the pic!!! - now I have to ask you, how do the first two pics compare to the way that the tank looks in real life? For example, alot of times when we take digital pics of the tank they tend to look more blue than they really are.

Also, I'm curious, why do you want to switch to 10K?

Thanks

Hey XTM what kind of pendant is that? Hamilton Reefstar? PFO Mini Pendant? IceCap?
