I've got a 6g hex with 3 hermits, 3 snails, a 6-line wrasse, and a few softies. I would like to add a sally lightfoot crab. Anyone have any experience with them in nano tanks?
Any feedback would be appreciated!
Cute, until they reach adulthood as the size of a dinner plate and develop an attitude to match. If you must have a crab, pick the emerald mithrax.

thx, I've thought about adding an emerald. Just wanted something I would see pretty often.........
Yes, unhappily the sally fits that description better than the mithrax. As long as you don't get too attached and end up buying a tank for a giant crab, the sally could work for you, as long as it goes in the nano, where an unbuild to get it isn't as drastic as the 65. I'd recommend a female, though. The males can be snarky.
