I have a 55AGA and am choosing between a few 4 x 65W Compacts.

That should put me at 4.7W per gallon. Will I be opened to just about anything I want to put in it as far as corals and anemones which like the brighter light spectrum?, or would I still be under powered.
Any suggestions?..Don't really want to go to T5's or MH's just yet.
