Where are you guys getting these "crockle in the shell" clams oysters ect in the shell for your puffers. I looked around at a few seafood departments today and at best was able to find shelled shrimp for him. Any ideas?

Try asking for "cockles" instead. ;) (sorry, I couldn't help myself)

Look around for local asian markets, frequently they have a more diverse seafood selection than grocery stores (especially chain stores). Also try "fresh market" type stores in your area....

im not in the US but every single fish monger or fish shop has mussels, clams, scallops, or cockles, it just depends on where you are as to what there called, anyway just get anything that is in a shell and came from the sea!!!!
