I'm thinking of a 20KK 150W SunPod on a newAquapod 12g SPS nano tank; wondering if anyone else is running one this way or if the lighting is too much for a 12g?

It depends what you want to keep. For soft corals it,s a little highe, although if you want to do SPS It's fine although people have kept SPS successfully with 70W MH in a 12g nano cube. The 150W is too high in case of heat issues. IMO a 70W should be fine

Ah, thanks. The other driver is that the SunPod 70W comes in a 16" flavor that fits on the tank, while the 150W is 20". It'll be SPS. I'll also have a microchiller, so heat hopefully won't be a problem.
Thanks for the reply...

booboo? a nano reef? wonders never cease...
BTW, I use a 70W 10KK ushio bulbs on my nano and I think that you could grow some lower light SPS with it.
