Does it matter how close you place the probes to each other? I thought I had hear that they should be a certain distance apart, but not sure.....I have the AC3 and curious about the spacing

The only thing I have read is that the pH and Orp probes should be at least 6" apart. That's what I do.

For the AC3 we recommend that the pH and ORP probes are at least 6" apart. For the AC3Pro we recommend that the pH, ORP, DO, and temperature probes are located close together (<6").

Thanks for the help guys.....I thought I had read something like 6" before, but couldn't remember where.....I'm curious as to why 6" on the AC3 and less than that on the Pro????
On the Pro, the controller uses the temperature probe as the ground reference. On the AC3 an internal reference is used.
