New lighting?

We want to change out the old lighting on our 150. It's 30" deep and for the most part all softies. That it be energy efficient is of the upmost importance. Would appreciate your suggestions, thanks much,

If its all softies, look at T5 bulbs with the induvidual reflectors. Probably the most energy effcient lighting available.
