Lighting recommendation needed.

Right know I'm using 2 150W HQI 14k Bulbs. I want to keep SPS and I need to know if I can keep my ligths and change the bulbs to 10K or will I need to add a 250W light. My tank is 55 gal.

You should be able to sustain SPS with that lighting. More important probably is water quality and flow :)

Would you recommed changing to 10K bulb? Right now I have 2 14K Coralife that came with my fixture, I was thinking buying 2 hamilton 10k to increase the PAR.
