Algae:

Is this CYANOBACTERIA?

This looks like Isopods but then again, they are very small and do not have the same body structure?

Yes the first is definitely cyano :(

on #2 looks like maybe green hair algae.. but if its on the glass i would scrape it off.. and 3 yes pods

You mention #3 are pods - owever there are good Cope and Amphipods, and bad Isopods. Which pod?

if you read this article, the bad ones are the ones with the big black eyes.. which i beleive is called Cirolanid isopod,
but you have the good ones

1. yep cyano.
2. couldnt tell you for sure.
3. you have both copepods (the smaller white dots with tails), and Isopods the harmless munnids.
