Holy cow, i started my new stand for my 75 gallon tank and 20L tank. Its a monster... 8ft long, 3ft tall, and 2 feet deep.

Ill continue to update pictures as i get more and more done. I think by next weekend it will be completely done and VERY heavy.

Looking nice. I'm curuous to the lighting you are going to use. One hood for both tanks would look sweet but a slight PIA to build due to the tanks having different heights.

Im doing two sep hoods. I have 2X250W MH for the 75 and 4X24 T5 for the 20L.

Thanks... tile will be laid tonite... i cant wait... hopefully it will be back at my house by tuesday after the grouting gets done and final trim gets put on.

Tile is done, trim added. Stain and grout remain. Doors to come later.

Updated pictures available... its finished as of now. I have to fab up some doors and some covers for the sides... it was no fun moving that beast up the stairs.

you have to loging in and then go to how to/ do it yourself on the black and red screen.
2 pages with pics.

looks good Jasen! keep it up! dont forget to use a silicone tile sealer to help it clean easier and stain less.

Thanks BR, it was a lot of work, but totally worth it. I will def take that advice on the silicone, already sealed the grout so i guess the tiles are next.

Well, i have moved away from the stand construction and now moved towards the tank teardown and reinstall. Pictures here:

Well, even more updates posted. This is one hell of a plumbing job. IT will be super awesome though and pretty functional throughout.

Ok, all the plumbing is done. Its glued and ready for a wet test tommorow. I just have to clamp some flexi-tube on and itll be done!
