7100k blue actinic or Actinic 03

Would someone please tell me the difference in the 7100k blue actinic and the Actinic 03 bulb. I am guessing that the actinic 03 is a lower spectrum which would possibly give me more flourescence in my tank than the 7100 k. Am I all wrong with this? I have two 250 watt MH with 14k hamiltons in my 55 and I am trying to figure out the best amount and type of actinic to use.

I have both types of bulbs along with 250XM 10ks. The 03s are 420nms which are more purple and give that nice flouresences, while the blue bulb is 460nms which is a brighter blue.

So if I decided to go with 10K bulbs in the future on my MH's, the 03's would be the better choice for the "POP" that we all strive for?
