Submersible pump?

Can anyone tell if this pump is submersible or not? It came with my tank and am not sure. I googled the name and model # butr couldn't find anything about it. Thanks.

DOesnt look so to me. TOo many metal parts, etc.

From the second to last picture, it looks like an older Rainbow lifeguard Quiet One pump
