Hi Everyone,
I was up late last night trying to fig out this programing thing. I have aquanotes 3.2 and have been trying to alter the code that came with it. I can change every point except for LT1. Everytime I try and delete it, I hit update and it says "No Alarm Time LT1" I hit okay, then a second box pops up say "Run-Time error '5'. Then the whole program shuts down. I have about 60% of the program in and have the lights running from the DX4. Please help, Thanks
Tim
P.S. I have a float swithc and want to hook it up not sure where to even start.

Still can't find problem, do you have to have a timer named LT1?

I would like to hear everyone's thoughts
The 'Alarm Name' problem is a bug in AquaNotes 3.2. The work around is to change the timer name LT1 to the name you would like it to be on the controller itself (setup->timer setup->timer names->modify name), and then you'll be able to use AquaNotes for the rest of the modifications.
I don't see anything obviously wrong with the program.

Thanks, I should have tried that a while ago. Also what do I need to hook up a float switch, more important where would I buy the cable, I have a float switch already.
For the Jr. most just open up the DB9 end of the serial cable, and attach the float switch wires to red and brown wires of the serial cable. Note that the color codes are not 100% consistent on all the serial cables, so it is good idea to check the continuity to ensure that you have the wires that are attached to pins 1 & 2.
