I noticed that my red lobo was acting funny (puffing up when it usually doesn't) and upon closer inspection, there are these little flat red worms all over it that are almost the same color as the coral.

What can I do to help?
Quick dip in fresh? Iodine? How long?

I want to get these guys before they spread to my green lobo as well. At least they would be easier to spot there ;)

you probably have flatworms, they won't damage the coral, but can smother them if they get out of hand, I'd suggest running salifert's flatworm exit at 2x the dosage in there to get rid of them, but definitely read the directions on the bottle before using to avoid any issues

also, I had them in my old display for a while and they just went away on their own

Yup... they are flatworms.

So they aren't that big a deal? The coral seems to be puffing up b/c of them.

Should I get rid of them?

They just feed on the slime that corals put off. They can get out of hand really fast. You will be happy if you fix the problem now, otherwise they are just unsightly to look at.
