I have seen theses little red worms a couple time before then one day it’s like the are all over my rock and glass. They look like they could be some kind of flat worms but I really have no idea what they are. So I was hoping some one could help me ID them and how I could get rid of them

Thank you

definitely flatworms, flatworm exit seems to be the preferred to get rid , but be careful if you decide to use it. there are natural methods , six-line wrasse is a fish that will eat flatworms. i had them for about 3 months but then all of a sudden they have disappeared, if you do a search you'll find plenty of threads about them
