How many fish can I put in my 300G reef tank. Have aquamedic turboflotor 5000 twin skimmer rated at 1250G and two 2' x 4' sumps (one with live rock and one deep sand algea scrubber). Tank has thin sand bed. Also use a filter sock and run carbon.
Current stocking: 1 regal angel, 1 PBT, 1 juv. unicorn tang, 1 yellow tang, 2 blue tangs, 4 green chromis, 3 lyretail anthias, 1 ruby headed wrasse, 1 six line wrasse, 2 percula clowns, 2 yellow gobies, 1 pseudochromis, 1 flame hawk, 1 clam, 1 bubble tip anenome and many corals(lps, sps and soft)

ummm 300GLs? you have alot of room, sounds like you are ok still to me, at least for a few fish if you get the itch to go shopping. Just keep it reasonable.

Fourts1, what type of bilogoical filtration do you have? This is what will determine you bioload availability. If you only have 20 pounds live rock, you've already overdone it. If you have 400 pounds you should be good. Please bear in mind adult lengths of the fish, for example a Naso unicorn may outgrow a 300g, belive it or not!

probably have 300 to 400 lbs of live rock and 2' x 4' deep sand bed/ algea scrubber

with vigorous skimming (which you have) and vigorous circulation, i would say your current bioload is low.

I have 400G SPS Dominated reef tank with 54 fishes.
All are still in good healthy condition.

I think with very strong Skimmer along with good UV, you can double/tripple your fish.

I agree, im more into fish then corals, i believe i with a good skimmer, often water changes and good upkeep you can keep a fair amount of fish. It really depends on the fish and if they will get along. So don't go throw 10 triggers in there and hope for the best...
