I was wondering who has experience with this stuff and if you know how much it runs compared to Starphire glass?

Is it much stronger and worth doing?

Are you talking about laminated safety glass? I don't think the purposes of the two types of glass would be the same. Starphire glass is a low iron glass. It is used for clarity not strength.

But is the price of laminated safety worth building a tank out of?
Is it as clear as starphire?

Probably not... its not going to prevent breaks which cause leaks.

I wouldn't think so. Its still has iron in it right? Or are you thinking better clarity due to reduced thinkness?
