Hi Michael,

That is the correct one! All of the 250w DE bulbs have the same configuration on the ends, that snap down into the sockets, so they are all interchangeable.

Has AB chaned their 10k DE bulbs? Somene was stating that the bulb looked different in color temp vesus their old AB bulb. Just curious if you knew they changed anything.

Hi,

To my knowledge they haven't. A friend of mine has ran those lamps for about 5yrs now, and I see his tank somewhat frequently, and it really doesn't look any different than it ever did.

What differences have you heard of in the lamp?

Someone claimed different socket connection and the visual apperance seemed moe blue/white versus white/yellow.

Does AB have a website that you can post?
