Attn Randy: Pinpoint Salinity Monitors

Hi Randy,

I wondered if you be able to tell me whether a salinity monitor (such as the Pinpoint pH monitor I have) should last a lifetime? I'm not able to have a tank for about 3-5 yrs, and I wondered whether I would be better off just selling it and buying a new one later.

No, I do not think they will degrade sitting around, as long as you do not step on it. :D

You might take the battery out, however.
