Anyone heard of Catalina Metal Halide Bulbs? or German Style Reef Grow Bulbs?

I'm checking out this retro-fit kit on ebay but there's not much info on the halide bulbs:

Any idea what those Catalina Halide bulbs are and their quality? Anyone have experience with these bulbs?

I have heard to avoid catalina stuff. There are several threads about them if you search around.

Anyone know of any reviews/info on them? I probably won't get them, because I can't find any info on Google, and to me thats a bad sign ;). I emailed the seller a question and they replied by saying "These bulbs are made in Germany, they are very nice looking bulbs, long lasting". lol.

catalina is a company that uses several names. their stuff is not exactly...quality.
