well here it goes.......I have a 75g display w/sump protein skimmer and all the good stuff my problem is how do I keep my 20g fuge with the proper water height in the tank because if my pump in the fuge flows faster into the sump it will over flow my display tanks sump ....I also don't want pipes running all over my formal dining room and living room?.....hope someone can help

You'll need to have an overflow box of some type in both the fuge and the display tank. Drain both of these to the sump (skimmner section) and put two pumps into the sump - one for the fuge return and the other for the display return then you'll be ok. The evaporation will appear for the combined system in the return section of the sump.

Second option is to have one pump to the display. Let the display drain to the fuge (or at least part of it) and then you'll only need one pump. Then drain the fuge to the sump. You will need two seperate overflows for the fuge and display still as the first option.
