Hey sorry about the pics but this is the best i can do for now...
can someone ID my baby mantis about 1.5inches
the whole body is maroon with some yellow spots and white antennas

I just can't see enough of it. Try to get a full body shot. I can think of a few species with white antennules, but the rest of the color does not fit. Do you know where it came from?

ok I'm going to try to get a full body shot.
I have to take the Live rocks out and flush him out of his hole
I have noidea where he came from all I know is it came out of someone's tank. I should've asked but I forgot

No, they don't! I don't think it's an O. S. It looks more pink, and the telson doesnt look the same

I can't be certain without seeing the meral spots or dorsal telson, but if I had to guess, I would say it is a juvenile Gonodactylaceus ternatensis male. If so the meral spots should be orange.
