clean up crew?

Right now i have a about 20 blue leg hermits(little 50 cent guys)(, 2 scarlet hernits, large serpent star, sifter star, 15 mixed snails. (the kind that will fall or get knocked over and can't right themselves) and a hitchhiker urchin about the size of my thumbnail all in a 37 gallon aga reef tank.

plus whatever worms or other things come out at night.
