Ok, Realisticly could 2 peacock mantis shrimp live together or in the same tank?
If this is a possible what would the requirements be?

Two males or two females - no. A male and a female might make it for a time, but eventually a molt or the female laying eggs will provoke a fight. Most likely, one will become lunch for the other. I have two 7 inch animals together right now. They have been mating and frequently share a burrow. However, the 125 gal. has two complete burrows and as soon as I see the female avoiding the male, out she comes.
