An anemone's sting is stronger than that of Heliofungia actiniformis, and your clownfish would do fine in it (should they decide to host in it.) As with any symbiotic relationship inside an aquarium, they may completely ignore the coral, or they may take immediately to it.

Sometimes clownfish are particularly rough when hosting in corals. Your fish would be fine, but they are likely to damage the coral. That being said, clowns often do host in heliofungia, hammer corals, torch corals, goniopora, xenia, and other corals without much harm.
