what do you feed your tangs?

Nori, flake etc. What else do you feed tangs to help with there dietary requirements?

mine i feed squid, mysis to as well as the regular

Mine likes scampi shrimps... :) just kidding. I feed mine his reg seaweed, and mixtures of brime and plankton for a better diet.

My Hippo will take to some lettuce every now and again. I tried the broccolli once but it wasent having it. I did hear some do like it but mine didnt.

This may be obvious, but make sure if you feed store bought produce that you wash it well to remove pesticides, or just buy organic. Maybe if you have a sump with macro algae growing you could try feeding the trimmings to tangs?
