can i help my peacock molt

are there things i can do to help my peacock mantis molt? iodine and calcium...anything else? it looks like he needs to molt...the shell is getting really dark and dull and etc.

I've found that there is no real way to make a mantis molt. Just make sure you feed it a good diet and add iodine once in a while and it should molt by itself. Make sure that it has a nice cave it can seclude itself in for a week or two all the time though cuz when it molts, it doesn't want anyone even looking at it for like 1 or 2 weeks. HTH
