finally decided on my RO/DI unit after reading the posts on this thread.
amazing service ive never experienced before. called FILTER GUYS listed phone number and did not expect to talk to no other than JIM the owner. was expecting to hear a barage of menu options!
JIM was very patient with me. He answered all my ignorant questions and went as far as checking out water quality in the city i live in. He did this while i was calling him from my work!
best thing is that he did not push the CHLORAMINE add-on when he found out that i did not need it. OTHERS would have just conned me into getting one even if i did not need it.
shipping is fast too! im expecting my RO/DI this friday and i just ordered today! too bad though i wont be around to play with my new toy till monday as i will be out of state friday till monday.
JIM has also encouraged me to shoot questions whenever i have any. hopefully ill be able to figure things out from the helpful instructions JIM has provided.
