thanks, i dont add anything to the tank other than water. The only filtration I have is a ramora skimmer which seems like it only works half the time. Im sold on dsb and lots of LR

That IS a very nice tank. I love your aquascaping and your corals seem to be doing very well.

Is the tank viewable from both sides or is it up against a wall...can't tell. If it is up against a wall...have you thought about covering the back somehow? I think that would really look good.

My current lighting is very white like yours looks in the pictures. I have lately become a fan of a more blue lighting temp...like 14k. I think I am going to try that with my next set of bulbs and something is telling me that that would look exceptionally good on your aquascaping. Your thoughts?

But over-all...I really like your tank.

I use to have a black background but it showed too much algae. Plus the reflection from the white seems to light it up a little more. Plus im too lazy. lol I wish I had my first tank I posted on here like 8 years ago, 44tall with trigger, dragon wrass yellow tang, clown, coral beauty and some other stuff. Had crushed coral and an undergravel filter with and eclipse hood. I think that post had over 50-75 hits on it. lol.. Really this tank is the easiest thing. I would never do it different. When I see systems that are over lit and have tons of valves and plumbing I like man thats a lot of work. But for some people thats the joy of the hobby.
