what is a ro unit? is it the same as a DE-CHLORINATOR? cos that is what i got. u place it on your tap.

Do a search on the web or this site for RO/DI water filter. RO/DI is a must for reef (unless you have access to good NSW).

what type of tank are you running? Reef, fish only, fish only with live rock? You need to provide more information about your set-up. You can list that stuff in your current tank description so you don't have to type it out all the time. You will be asked this every time you have a question:)

Go to where you listed "marine" as your current tank and just add it there

What are you trying to keep...I see you changed your "current tank" listing, but nothing on whether you're looking at a reef or just fish.
If it's a reef, you'll need RO at the least...RO/DI preferred..unless you have some great water in your house. Here's RC's RO/DI FAQ FYI ASAP :)

for the time being i think live rock/fish but i want to keep fish that will be ok for a reef so i can change when i get more confident
