I have red and green algae growing on the sand. How bad is it and how do I get rid of it?
Thanks Vince

well lights are on from 10 to 1030 and i just switched it from 10 to 9 i will see what happens..not much i can do about the flow i have a maxi jet 1200 and if i have it pointed anywhere but the top it blows the sand around. I bought the 1200 because in an old post someone recommened that i install it with a hydor to have better flow...I dont have the hydor on because it pushes the sand around.
Thanks Vince
