wavebox experience

I have a 225 72"long 30"wide 24"high I have a 1"inch sand bed will a wavebox drive me nuts kicking up the sand?

I have a 96x 30 x24 with similar bed. i have a wavebox and extention on it. Got a little cloudy at start up , no problems since. Seems like they don't move as much water toward the bottom of the tank.

my sand does not move. At first the sand gets sand ripples in it, but no kick up of sand.
