I told Jon I wanted to order the jawfish and a saddled blenny for the nano.
Now I'm having second thoughts as my advice is always add 1 fish at a time to a small tank. I just don't want it to have a mini cycle. Its been set up about 2 months now.
I have quite a few corals and some hermits and 6 snails but don't really feed it much as I have no fish.
What do you guys think? Would you try it?
I'm used to having bigger tanks lol.
I want a jawfish for sure but liked the saddled blenny cuz they stay small and I never saw one before. Then if the jawfish disappears again I still hopefully will have a fish lol.

Guppys or mollies might be less risky... Then when your ready for real fish. Trade em. Just a thought....

How would I be joking? Ohh.... I know. Sorry... change em over to salt water, to cycle the nano... Guppys and mollies can live in salt water.. Right?

we don't cycle tanks with fish, it's cruel, that's what live rock is for. The tank is all set up anyways, she just wants to add a fish or two.
Oh, guppies and mollies are brackish water fish at best, not full salt.

Sorry, I guess it was a bad idea.

The nano is cycled.
Actually it never cycled cuz I used rock and sand from my 150.
I put corals in it the second week already and it has alot of them now. All tests have been perfect since I set it up. I tested it today and even nitrates are actually 0. Something I've never seen before lol they were up there a little bit in the beginning.
I change a few gallons of water a week in it.
Heres a pict of it.

I just did'nt know about adding 2 fish at the same time as it could do a mini cycle. I don't like to do it in such a small tank but prolly will lol and hopefully not be sorry.
