Great Customer Service!

I placed an order earlier this week for a bunch of supplies and got them in a timely manner. But my salt shipped separately from the rest I guess due to the weight of the bucket but that was not a problem. Well It got here today and I sign for it not looking at it closely as it is a bucket what can the shipper do to it besides destroy it completely. So I open it up and the lid was on really loose and I notice some moisture under the lid like it may have came off and gotten wet and then I find clumps of salt not good at all. So I call the doctors customer service line rang once and was answered I forget her name but she was extremely nice as I explain what has happened to my salt. Her response was kind of surprising. She proceeds to tell me they will ship a new bucket out as soon as possible to replace the one I got. So I ask what do you want me to do with this one and she responds use some of it if you can if not through it out.


Now that is top notch service in my book!

I will recommend the doctors to anybody I can!
