I currently have a FO tank and I feed them when I get home from work at night. Should I be feeding them more often, like 2 more times with auto feeder or is once with frozen foods at night ok ?

Some fish need to be feed daily, others twice a day. Best to search for your fish on Liveaquaria and read the notes on what you have.

totally depends on what fish you are keeping.

Tangs and angels are grazers, they need to be fed often. I leave a sheet of nori in the tank all day for my angels and offer them meaty food once a day.

Gotcha, I was going to buy a auto feeder and use "Spectrum Pellets" and feed twice a day on pellets and frozine tonight. Have you ever heard of New Life Spectrum marine pellets" ?

As long as each feeding is small that sounds good to me. I'd also add seaweed to the mix -- these fish need their veggies. You can get sheets of sushi nori for a few dollars at some grocery and most health food stores, or buy Sea Veggies (same thing, just more expensive) at the LFS. I use a clip that's epoxied to a MagFloat, the suction cups nori clips typically come with don't usually last long.

I've got an autofeeder that feeds at exactly the same time every day up to 4x a day and has a power cord. Its a very nice unit. I got it from Premium aquatics. It was around 50 bux

I feed my fish 2x /day with it. I like using the feeder so I don't forget to do it. Just fill it up once every week or so and forget it.
