Micro bubbles from Loc-Line?

I'm getting micro bubbles pretty bad in my display. The baffles in my sump pretty much eliminate any microbubbles that would be getting sucked into the return pump. From the return pump there is a ball valve then just clear hosing to the bulkhead, standard PVC up to the return where it spilts two ways with Loc-Line and then back to the tank.

Take the Loc-line off and just have the water discharge from the PVC. If the micro bubbles go away, then you have your answer!
