Chloramine Filter

When you order a Chloramine filter from the filter guys with the RO, do they install the Chloramine filer for you or do you have to do it yourself?

With CGAC chloramine filters they need to be flushed first. The carbon we are using is ultra clean but it still has a small amount of dust. Pouring a quart or two of water through the filter before installing seems to do the job. You do not want that dust flushed onto your membrane causing fouling. All filters are installed in our system excepted the CGAC Chloramine Master. Hope that answers your question.
