I bought a bunch of replacement filters and membrane from you folks a few months ago. I also got 4 packages of DI Resin.

Through the first 2 packages of DI resin, I was getting 0 TDS and when it rose to about 5 TDS, I changed it out. After putting the 3rd package of DI resin in, i'm getting a TDS of 11 out of the unit and can't get 0 out of it.

I'm using the inline TDS meter I got from you as well.

Any thoughts on this? Can't imagine my membrane is bad already, could it be? It's a 75gpd, TDS input is about 290.

Which TDS meter did you get if it is the HM DM1 blue face is it possible the probe is turned in the fitting? Do you have the IN fitting on your RO water line and if so what kind of a reading do you have? It should be about 6 with a 75 GPD membrane and about 30 with a 100 GPD.

Eric moved on but we did get him back to a reading of four and zero.Yesterday was not a good day for him and were not sure what caused the TDS spike but after changing the DI cartridge readings whet back to normal today so he may have had a bypass.
