Best camera under $200 for general/fish?

We're looking at getting a new camera. 99.9% of the use will be fish stuff. We need something rechargable as my current camera isn't and costs $10/14 days to use.

Would a used Canon G5 be good? Any other suggestions?

G5 is a great camera- if you can find one for $200 I'd say you done good.
