anyone got any surgestions

hi all!

right i have a lil money coming my way and have been thinking about starting a frag company for 2 reasons

1. fun
2. to cover salt costs and swap for new species for my main tank

i have a 30'x20' garage i can use so space is unlimited (before you say anything i am not coverting it all to a fish tank room just not pratical)

i really want to start a internet order soft coral site in the uk

so i guess i am going to need to produce corals constantly

corals i want to sell are:

gsp
red sea xenia
brown xenia
rics n zoas
toad stools and leathers

so what do you guys surgest?

i was thinking i need a area with low kelvin lamp like 6500k

a higher kelvin area like 14k for colour and another area with 10k for corals ready to sell

so anyone got any ideas?

what can i do for filtration? i was thinking reefbones/liverock mix and dsb and will i need a skimmer?
