I recently adopted 3 rbtas and 2 maroon clowns all paired up together (would that be a three or 5-sum). Anyway, they are now in a fairly shallow hospital tank of only 12". They were under a 250w metal halid + 2 36 watt PC actinics. Right now I have them under 96 watts of PC. Will the 96 watts be enough for the next several weeks until I can get them into a better location or to reuse these lights on the new tank (will be about 20inch deep).

Acclimated RBTAs will be fine in a shallow tank under PCs but given the difference in lighting they've been under, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see them move about. Make sure sure they can't get caught in overflows/pump screens, ensure your water quality is good and consider feeding them 2-3 times per week. I'd give them more lighting in the new tank.
