Trouble with red sea Prizm hang on skimmer!!!

How do I regulate my Red Sea´s Prizm hang on skimmer???

I think it´s not working properly...

I had the same problem with mine, and it turned out that the air intake was clogged. I took it all apart and I cleaned it out with a small metal wire. Now it is working ok. I do say though, I dont like this skimmer very much. but it works.
