It sounds like I may wind up adopting a yellow tang who's been in captivity for years. I'm not finished stocking my tank with what I plan on being a peaceful community reef, but I'm concerned if I take it that I won't be able to add the other fish I'd planned out? I had no intention of adding a tang at all, being a standard 120G Megaflow from AGA. I planned on enough rock in the aquarium so I can support a Mandarin or Scooter without an attached refugium. Right now it's just my flame angel, perc, and cardinal. Plans include a smaller blenny species, a firefish, and a fairy wrasse, but not for another paycheck or two yet.

Should I be asking around who else can take it, or would it be a safe bet that it'll behave itself in a peaceful tank? I can provide nori for it most days.
