Sump Lighting?

Hey guys, I was wondering if I could use a 32 watt PC 50/50 to light my sump which contains some chaeto and live rock rubble. Is this lighting too weak or is it adequate. I plan on leaving it on 24/7.

Size of sump would help but i think that would work fine for ya.
