I've had some of these little things growing in my tank for a while and they seem to be reproducing now and I want to be sure they aren't anemones of some kind. Let me know if you know what they are and how to get rid of them if I have to.

They look like little tubes and they have feather like things that can go inside them almost like feather dusters except they're tiny and brown and the "feathers" kind of look like a small anemone or something.

Heres a whole bunch of them together

Heres one in the center of the page (little brown thing) next to some pulsing xenia so you can see how small they are.

Heres another pic

The last two pics look like aptasia to me. The first one with the longer stems is an unknown to me. Aptasia is a pest and will reproduce. Need to get them out. If you dont know how, just ask.

Colonial hydroids IMO

You can kill them with kalk paste I believe. They will sting corals and the like.

Yep hydroids and can take over. Kalk or pull them up with tongs.
