help with kent aquadose?

I just got my aquadose from marine depot today

my question is
the compression nut on the bottom of the jug seems to be to big for the drip adapter it will not tighten

anyone else come across this?

I just got the 1500ml this week. I haven't had any problem with mine. It came all together and i had to do nothing but add water.

Mine doesn't tighten into place either. Never had an issure with it falling off. I've been using it about 2 months now. Mine is the 2.5 gal. unit.

Ive had mine for a while, and it definitely tightens when rolled down. It seems like yours may be defective...if you cant tighten it, whatever your dripping is obviously going to drip too fast.
