is my wrasse sick?

My wrasse has been 2 shades of brown with a white belly for about a year and all of a sudden his head is turning blue. Should I be concerned? Is this guy sick?

What type of wrasse are we talking about? If this is a fairy wrasse, it could be a female changing into a male. If you're not sure what type of wrasse you have you could post your question and a few pictures (before and after would be best) in the fish forum.

If it stops eating, then it may be sick. Probably what AC said--just maturing/changing.
